The most significant residential projects in Alamein's new city

Gate Towers Compound: The project will be Egypt's first of its type, with high-rise towers reaching the edge of the sky with views of the coast and a length of 170 meters, 44 floors, and 669 individual units within, each rising to 3.5 meters. These units are differentiated by their services, divisions, hotel implementation, and high-end amenities.

Mazarine Compound comprises a variety of chalets and luxury residential units such as flats and twin homes of various sizes, as well as a beautiful view of Lake El Alamein.
