Since 2015 we've connected buyers with Egypt's top developers — across New Cairo, the New Administrative Capital, Sheikh Zayed, North Coast and beyond. The platform is built on one conviction: buyers deserve clear information, accurate pricing, and honest advice.
We don't push projects — we help you choose the right one, and if it isn't with us, we'll say so. Every investment decision rests on researched data and ground-level market experience — not sales pressure or hidden commissions.

A real estate brokerage — not the developer
Our legal status
RealEstate.eg is a brand operated by a licensed real estate brokerage in Egypt. We act as an intermediary between buyers and developers. We do not own, develop, or build any of the projects listed on this site.
Trademark ownership
All developer and project names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only. A developer appearing here does not imply we officially represent them or are affiliated with them, unless explicitly stated.
Who contacts you
When you submit your details on any page, a sales advisor from the RealEstate.eg team contacts you — not an employee of the developer. We share your details with a specific developer only when you ask to proceed with their project.
How we earn
We are paid a fee by the developer once a sale completes. We add no fees or commission on top of the developer's listed price, and the client never pays us anything.
Pricing and data accuracy
We update prices, payment plans and availability daily from developer sources, but they remain subject to change by the developer without notice. The binding final price is the one issued by the developer at the time of contract.
