By using RealEstate Egypt — whether as a visitor, registered user, or client working with our team — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you disagree with any clause, please discontinue use of the site.

This document is legally binding, written in the plainest language we can so you understand your rights before committing to anything.

We operate a digital platform listing real estate projects in Egypt, together with free advisory services: property shortlisting, payment-plan negotiation, contract review, and post-purchase follow-up.

The site is not an exclusive agent for any developer and does not replace a licensed legal representative for executing ownership contracts.

We update prices, availability, and payment plans daily from official sources (the developer or their legally authorized representative). That said:

• Displayed prices are indicative and may change without prior notice by the developer.
• Areas and approximate figures rely on developer plans and may change at final execution.
• Illustrative images may differ from actual handover.

The legally binding price and terms are only what appears in the signed contract with the developer.

Our services are free for clients. We earn from the developer on successful sale, and we never add a margin on top of the developer's direct-to-client price.

If anyone — in our name or otherwise — asks you for a commission or special fee, please contact us immediately at +20 100 980 8986.

The user agrees not to:

• Impersonate others or provide misleading information.
• Attempt to breach, disrupt, or overload the site or servers.
• Scrape client or developer data for marketing outside personal use.
• Post offensive content or content violating public order.

Your data (name, phone, email, property interest) is used exclusively to serve you: responding to inquiries, shortlisting projects, and sharing opportunities that match your declared interest.

We do not sell your data to any third party. We share it only with the relevant developer if you request to engage with a specific project.

The RealEstate Egypt mark, name, codebase, designs, and editorial content are the exclusive property of the platform.

Project images, names, and master plans are the property of their respective developers and appear here under collaboration agreements or publishing permission.

Commercial reuse of any of this content without prior written permission is prohibited.

The site may link to developer sites, financing banks, or external platforms. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

The site is not liable for:

• Any investment decision you make based on displayed information without consulting our team or your legal advisor.
• Disputes arising between you and a developer after signing a direct contract with them.
• Service interruptions due to technical causes beyond our control.

We take every step to help mediate and amicably resolve any dispute, but the final legal responsibility rests with the signed contract.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by Egyptian law, with Cairo courts having jurisdiction over any disagreement.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are published on this page with the "Last revised" date updated. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new version.
