The Executing Company

The contract was signed by Egypt’s Administrative Capital for Urban Development with Alliance World Wide Consortium.

Hussein Sabbour office was also selected for giving all consultants about the project at all its phases of its implementation, during its construction period that expected to proceed for up to 7 years.

Alliance World Wide Consortium is one of the largest European alliances, comprising a wide range of international companies and represented in Egypt by the local partner Smart Construction Company (SCC), and this fruitful cooperation will produce Diamond City New Administrative Capital.

At the beginning of July 2020, coinciding with the Egyptian state's celebrations of July Revolution, the partnership contract was signed by Major General Ahmed Zaki Abidin, Chairman of ACUD, and Mohammed Mahmoud Al Brahmi, Chairman of Smart Construction Company.

In the presence of the leaders of the two companies, Engineer Omar Sabbour, Vice President of Sabbour Consulting, and Chairman of Boueri Engineering Planning and Consulting Offices (BEPCO) Gebran Youssef Boueri.

It is worth mentioning that it was confirmed during the signing of the agreement that the financing of Alliance World Wide Consortium for the project will be from abroad without the Egyptian state incurring any financial burdens.
